Still alive... been a while ...

Now this will be an I am in my late thirty's and pregnant blog...

After 2 kids did not think this would happen but it did..

Two pregnancies with high accumulation of weight, high bloodpressure and much pain .. wonder what this time will bring..

Will it be easier?

My eldest son had a 1 on 5 change to have down syndrom.. well he has turned out to be a very smart boy with no birth defects... it is not always what it seems..

Keeping my chin up and will see what this brings...

Getting screwed

My friend just found out her husband screwed her over for two years. He started cheating on her when their cheild was just two months old. How about that? Why is it that hard to be faithfull and to love unconditionally? With valentines ahead my thoughts are with her. He screwed her over and now she will be a single mum with two kids. She stopped working for the kids, she had a nice job a nice income. She sacrificed for their family. What did he do? He screwed her. Off course he will pay for the kids but how about those years lost? How about the dream shattered? There is nothing anyone can do to make up for that grief.

Why is it that people you love hurt you the most? Why do they even? Sugarbee my thoughts are with you! You are a wonderfull strong woman and great mum. It is amazing to see how you cope with this pain. Your kids are as happy as ever and it is thanks to you! Be very very proud and hold your chin high!

Fall

The leaves are falling. Here it is said people get affected by the falling of leaves or growing of leaves. It sure does affect me. I always get gloomy this time of year. Not sure it is because of leaves but I think it does have something to do with saying goodbye to summer.

I do like christmas time a lot. Also it reminds me of loved ones missing. So it hard and warm at the same time.

So trying to break out of this gloomy feeling, I usually sunbathe a bit and that helps.

Bye Summer, hello gloomy and thoughts on Turkey

Although it is still August and it should be summer for a bit longer, trees are losing their leaves and it is getting colder. There it was summer.. All year I look forward to these few days in the sun, sitting outside watching a movie over a drink with friends and it is over in the blink of an eye...

This year I had a wonderfull vacation in Turkey, I always wanted to return and this year I managed with the help of some friends ;) and luck..

It was my fourth time in Turkey. Four times, four different cities. They all had his charme. Alanya great for going out as well as Kusadasi. Gumbet suitable for elderly and young kids. Side.. well also elderly I guess..

The most fun I had in Kusadasi. 3 weeks of all inclusive luxury, this was in the time no one had heard of financial crisis and I had a great career going. It was a great holiday but after 19 days I had seen it all and it was almost time to go home, so I went home fulfilled.

This year was 15 days of all in holiday because a friend couldnt go. I was lucky! It was great.

So going to sleep thinking about a great summer, with a good holiday in Turkey!

Sleep drunk thoughts from a worry-er...(is that even a word?)

My friend, I love her to death, is kind of a take it easy-girl, as where I am a god-I-can-freak-out-over-just-about-anything-kinda-girl. Whenever she has something happening to her, she just says "it will be allright". While I worry so much until I have a constant headache, stomachaches and bad temper. Wish I was more like her. She never thinks about consequenses things might have, she just does it. She never worries about bills coming, she will just wait and see.

The downside to her easy life is that it does not always 'will-be-allright', sometimes shite hits the fan and hell breaks loose. She then freaks out much worse then me and just collapses. I am there to pick her up, give her a loud "I told you so" and deal with it. She thanks me and goes on.

A little bit in the middle would be great! A little take it easy, not worrying as much as I do and live life.. Oh wait I do live life, I do what I want but only if my expectations are that there will be no big problems caused by doing it.

Yes, I am not worrying this much anymore!

Wish it were that easy, a large gene-pool of worriers has blessed me with this sickness called worrying. I do know it and thats a plus, I am trying to take things more lightly and I learn as I go..

Throw away marriages

Lately it has come to my attention that more and more people just get a divorce. I mean, they just throw away their marriage like garbage. There was a time when people would fight to keep their marriage. Sometimes just because of their faith and sometimes not to loose face but at least they tried to make it work.

These days people get a divorce when the partner farted too loud or they did not clean up their plate. It is silly, why get married when you throw it away that easy? Why marry if you are not willing to fight for it. Life is about ups and downs and marriage is too. It is not by chance that the vows have a part about "in good times and bad", it is there for a reason. There is no marriage without downs as there is no life without downs. It is upto you to turn the downs in ups. When you are married you will have double downs as you and your partner have downs. Deal with them! Or do not get married. What is marriage when people get divorced this easy? It means nothing. Off course there are plenty of reasons that make a divorce really legit but just because you are having a bad month is just not one of them!

Press Release today: Prince Friso passed away

Today was announced that prince Friso died age 44. He died due to the complications he had after being in a ski accident. He was in a coma after the accident and was taken care for in London. Earlier this year he was moved to huis Ten Bosch a home of the Dutch royals. It seems his passing took everyone by surprise.

He leaves behind his wife and two young children.

Can you make a living through internet?

If you put your mind to it. That is my answer. There are dozens of sites where you can read or write to earn a buck or two. Off course it is always an option to start a blog and use google adsense to get clicks.

Google can also be implemented on any website you have if you follow their rules.

There are a few sites on facebook where you can earn some money and my experience is they do pay. You could read back in my blog to learn about cloudcrow. This sites pays every day through paypal.

So a short note, just to let you know you can, just read the articles I wrote about it to get you started!

Summer is here, was here and gone... back?

Summer had arrived a few weeks ago but left as swift as it came. Today it was all gloomy and on the weather forecast the announced fridy wll be the hottest day of this year...hmmm Changing climate?

I had a vacation in Turkey and I loved it. No work just play so to speak. All inclusive, lay on my ass all day and enjoy the sun, weather and relaxation. Two weeks of total chilling just added two pounds to my weight so tthat was nice to see, I expected worse. So no diet, those pounds will leave as I go.

I am busy fixing up my house, as a do-it-myself-woman that takes work but the results are magnificant. While fixing it up I am selling junk on the internet and that is working out great too..

Hmm no complaining? No! No complaining for now! Things are looking up for a change!

Maybe the holiday blurred my view a bit but time will tell!

Tumblr is down

Tumblr is down for almost an hour now. That is a pretty long time for such a highly visited site. The site itself states it is due to network problems. They are working to fix it.

Pirate Bay being blocked results?

It has been a while that the site Pirate Bay has been blocked. Off course whizz kids can come up with several solutions to avoid this but that aside. Today it has been announced that although the site has been blocked, the downloading has not really decreased. The only decrease is seen in music downloads.

What is next is what I wonder. Make it illegal to smoke or drink, because that is not healthy? Make it illegal to google weed, because it is forbidden in your country? Don't you think it should be a humans own choice to risk it, to do something illegal and face the fact that they might be caught? The organisation that controls the downloading issues is so powerfull they can force webproviders to block a website, in the Netherlands, really? The country where Weed is a grey arrea, it can be bought but it can not be grown. In the Netherlands where hookers are a profession.. It seems impossible to me that this organisation has this power, I wonder what is next!?!

Project X Facebook party Arnhem

Again a Project X party was organised today. Today it was in Arnhem. Police was prepared and have totally blocked off Arnhem. There is no way you are getting in or out. The precautions will be untill 8 am tomorrow.

Oktoberfest, Aarle Rixtel

Next week the time has come! Finally Oktoberfest in Aarle Rixtel. It is the first time this village organises this party but what I hear it sounds very promising. Tickets were sold out but there are always cancellations, so you might be lucky!

There are several artists like: "de Sillentaler Spassmacher Band" and "de Klokkendorper" . There are off course games: THE BEER GAMES....Sounds promising doesn't it? Will keep you posted!

X party / Facebook party throughout Europe

Just wanted to let people know..

There actually is nothing wrong with organising a party through something like Facebook. There is nothing wrong with people gathering with the intention to have a party.
It is wrong however for people to gather and have the intention to make a fuss, destroy things or treaten people.

Why is it so that this small group of people manage to destroy such parties? Because of these group there will be a ban on these party's, taking it from good intentioned party people.

Is there anything we could do about it?

There are signs the X-party trend is catching on and there are several party's organised throughout europe. Hope they will leave the trouble makers home and have a great party!

Project X Facebook party's all over The Netherlands

After the incident in Haren, today there were several virals to come to other project X party's. Since Haren did not really end like a party, police were already on the several sites to stop people trying to get to the mentioned locations.

Schiedam, Alkmaar en several other cities and towns were mentioned but the police had taken action and was present. Several people got arrested for some minor things but most important there were no incidents.

It was loud and aggresive.
This birthday party is one Haren wil never forget! About 30 people got wounded and the whole village got shook up. Villagers have started cleaning up the mess and try to understand what happened.

Police asks people to send in their material, photo's, video's to try to catch the people that misbehaved!

Facebook party Project X in Haren, Netherlands smashed village

A girl from the lovely village Haren in the Netherlands wanted to organise a nice birthday party. She posted an invitation on her Facebook page, not realising she made it a public invitation. Thursday evening on radioshows they were promoting her party. Stating it was a guiness book of records attempt of being the biggest party organised through facebook.

Result: Today there were thousands of people in Haren to witness and be part of this party. Later in the evening things were getting hostile and police came. Charges were made by the police. Houses and garages of the village are looted and damaged.

Wonder how this will end, as I write police is still in Haren sorting things out!

Volunteering in a kids club

A few weeks ago I signed up as a volunteer at a kids club. The kids come together once a week and spend some creative hours. Although I realised that the youth had changed over time, it has become more clear since I joined.

It is a known fact that more and more parents work and more and more kids spend their time in a daycare. Maybe this might be the reason why kids have changed? When we were young kids came home from school and found their mother at home with a cup of tea and they would tell her about school. Now kids go to daycare, find their mum tired at home cooking dinner. After dinner the kids need to go to soccer,hockey,ballet or whatever club and they do not even talk to their parents anymore.

Well, these kids are gone wild. They are in fact sweet kids and with a little attention they blossom and are adorable but at first sight they seem to be mad. My goal is to give these kids some attention and help them developing into wonderfull people. What are you doing to help your neighbours?
