CD presentation,financial,spend!!

Tomorrow I will be attending a presentation of a new album. Since I am not famous or press, I have never been to one. Just wondering what it will be like...

Started a new business in crafting and hoping it will be succesful, I will add a site link soon, for you to check it out and ORDER! LOL, just kidding. I am doing it for fun and hope to make a nice buck on the side but counting on nothing and hoping for a booming business.

It is idle to think it will be a hit, since people are holding their wallet with two hands, tight as can be. Not spending on fun stuff just the things they cannot do without.

Do they not realise that this just makes the financial situation worse? Spending money makes the world go round. Spending money boosts the economy. SO..for all you rich folk out there..spend your money! Get our world out of this financial depth and help those who need it...

Financial crisis coming to an end

My opinion on this subject is clear to all my friends. In my opinion the press has a large influence on the development of financial difficulties in a country. I will explain.

When news, media, newspaper all print major headlines like "our country in financial trouble" or "Low point for our economy since 100 years", people get afraid. The consequenses of such headlines are people stop spending. They are frightened about what is coming, will they lose their job? They are keeping their money, not going shopping, saving up as much as they can. The consequense of such behaviour is, shops make less profit, people DO get fired.

Those headlines make a financial crisis. Off course not completely but it surely does not help.

Recently media and financial department here finally are announcing that we are going up again! Hooray! People do not worry! The crisis is coming to an end. Spend your money! Make the businesses flourish again and do what you can to stimulate your country's economy!

mortgage and loans

You all must have heard that there are some financial problems in the world? It makes me wonder how it could have gone so far. Well I realized that it just was a disaster what was inevitable to happen. When banks allow people to get loans and mortgage their houses upto an extend, that they would have to pay 2,3 or maybe even more times costs for their loans than they get in through income, things will go wrong! It does not matter how much income you have, when you have more costs than income in the end you will loose each month.

I wonder why banks could have done this? Why do they get people in this trouble? Financial difficulties is one of the biggest worries of people all over the world.

I must say in our country it is managed. Which means, all loans and morgages are registered at one place and each time you want another loan, this registry is checked to see if it is responsible to get another one. They consider income and existing loans and then they take a decision on whether or not you get one. I think it is a good thing.

This said, I believe it is unbelievable that however we do have our finances in order, still we pay for other countries that have difficulties. Like we are punished for their mistakes. Wouldn't it be unbelievable if you would have to pay for your neighbours' loans?

My advise is not to take out any loan and if you do, think about it. Compare rates and read ALL their conditions! Try to make more money than you pay each month and try to save up money!

Also remember even when the downtime with regard to economy is long, there always is a time it will go up again!
